When The Artist's Way was first recommended to me, I started using it with my clients immediately. Why? Because it addressed all of the things I had been talking to clients about for years...and it was in such a highly assessible form!

In facilitating "Artist's Way Groups" over the years, one problem stands out--most people never get much beyond week 3 or 4. Most start writing "Morning Pages" with the intention of writing every morning but...most let it drift.

If this sounds like you, you have lots of company. Although finding a group of friends to join you can work, leaderless groups tend to dissolve after a couple of weeks unless everyone is highly committed.

The one thing that does work is a facilitated group. As in most things, an environment of like minded people sharing your desires and your challenges can make all the difference. The power of supportive community will keep you focused and moving forward.

It is for this reason that I have faciliated "Artist's Way Groups" for over 10 years. Until recently, these groups were live, in person workshops but I have been experimenting with presenting this material via telephone conference calls. This has proven to be a great success as a highly effective alternative in terms of time, cost and energy. And it works every bit as well!
